Your Neighbourhood: Becoming part of the community
We hope you enjoy becoming part of a new community
Understanding your responsibilities as a resident is an important part of this journey. In this guide, we will explore the management of your development and the collaborative steps we can take to ensure your new community becomes an exceptional place to live.

Roads and Open Spaces
The roads and communal spaces in your new development, including green areas, contribute significantly to your community’s appeal. It is the collective responsibility of all residents to maintain their cleanliness, orderliness, and to nurture the local environment as a whole.
While the development is under construction:
- Disruption on roads and open spaces may sometimes occur.
- Although we endeavour to minimise waste, some debris might inadvertently disperse from construction zones.
- Our responsibility includes maintaining the cleanliness of the development’s communal areas, with teams routinely dispatched to tidy roads and paths.
- Should you notice an area in need of attention, please contact your Customer Care team to address the concern.
Once the development is complete:
- The management company or local council takes care of open spaces and grass verges.
- Your local council is in charge of up-keeping road conditions and maintenance.
- When it comes to street lighting, it’s either your management company or local council that handles it.
