We’re thrilled that work has started on our latest development in Wakefield, WF3 4QR. St Swithins is an exclusive site of 114 new homes, consisting of 2, 3 and 4 bed properties, designed with our trademark high specification.

This year has certainly been a challenging time everyone and with most of us being confined to the home for longer periods, it’s never been so important to love the space you live in.

Throughout the national restrictions, we’ve continued to showcase our new homes either online or (where allowed) by strict appointments in a sanitised environment. The safety of our customers has been our focus and we’re please to report that we have helped families, couples and individuals find and move into their new home, despite the pandemic.
